In the last two years, the Shane Dwight Band has been catapulted to the forefront of the West Coast Blues Scene. Appearing at prestigious concerts such as the Monterey Blues Festival, Reno Blues & Brews Festival, Portland Oregon Waterfront Blues Festival, San Francisco Jazz Festival, S.F. California Blues Festival, Central Valley Blues Festival, San Jose Comcast Jazz Festival, San Jose Metro Fountain Blues Festival and the Redwood Coast Jazz Festival (Eureka) etc., etc.,The Shane Dwight Band has also performed at world famous nightclubs: Slims (Boz Skaggs Club), John Lee Hooker's Boom Boom Room, and Biscuits and Blues in San Francisco, B.B. Kings in Hollywood, Blue Cafe in Long Beach and Harvelle's in Santa Monica. Though Shane's music is blues based, the band's ability to cross over to a variety of different audiences is evidenced in their current concert schedule which has them working at venues as diverse as County Fairs, Disneyland Theme parks, opening up for Major Country, Blues, and Rock Stars and appearing as the house band on Microsoft's Nationally Broadcast television show, "Microsoft Insider LIVE." Shane has already been contacted by several concert promoters from around the United States as well as Europe for the 2005 Festival season. On Harmonica - Gregg "Tumbleweed" Mooney, who has shared the stage with innumerable West Coast stars, such as Tom Fogarty (Creedance Clearwater Revival), Taj Mahal, Charlie Musselwhite and Nick Gravinities (Electric Flag) is most noted for his tenure with John Lee Hooker.

On bass ~ Chris Akin, one of the Bay Area's best kept secrets! Chris, known for his seamless groove and solid root oriented bass lines, honed his ability playing in countless Bay Area blues bands.

On drums ~ Stewart Burr, The Powerhouse drumming of the young Stewart Burr was honed while on tour with rock & roll icons such as Chubby Checker.

On Rhythm Guitar - Robby Z., an accomplished songwriter and sessions player, he completes the band with his high energy rhythm guitar playing. Robby's recent studio works include the likes of Tommy Thompson (Gregg Allman Band), Chris Miller (Dave Menikettie Band), Linda Davis (Reba McEntire) and Brad Gillis of Night Ranger.
