Gimme Back My Money gives a broad picture of the many musical facets of Shane Dwight. Produced by
Dwight with Richard Rosenblatt and RobbyZ and recorded at Spiritwind Studios in Hayward, CA Gimme Back My
Money features twelve original songs covering a wide spectrum of Dwight's stylistic range. Starting with "Last
Call", a hard-rocking remembrance of a lost love, Dwight takes us through the alt-country Americana sounds of
the all-too-timely "Gimme Back My Money", "Have a Good Time", and "Don’t Think Twice"; the powerful urban R&B
of "Good Life" and "Done With You", the blues of "You’re Gonna Want Me" and "Ode to Albert"; the infectious
pop-rock of "Break My Heart Anyway", and a few… well, YOU decide what to call them! Dwight mixes genres,
smashes pigeonholes into kindling, and creates sounds that are fresh, contemporary, and pure Shane Dwight.
Joining Dwight on the album are multi-instrumentalist Jim Hawthorne - bass/dobro/keyboards/guitar/background
